  • Location: Initial 6-month training period in London, followed by a permanent full-time role based in Newcastle upon Tyne

Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Support the end-to-end graduate and internship lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Assist in delivering campus events including careers fairs, insight sessions, and virtual presentations.
  • \n
  • Coordinate university engagement activity, including logistics, travel, materials, and briefing internal representatives.
  • \n
  • Maintain engaging Early Careers content across social media and job boards.
  • \n
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • \n
  • Coordinate interviews, assessment centres, and online testing schedules.
  • \n
  • Prepare assessor materials, collate feedback, and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • \n
  • Support offer management and pre-employment onboarding administration.
  • \n
  • Assist in the day-to-day delivery of internship and graduate programmes, including onboarding and rotation coordination.
  • \n
  • Act as a key point of contact for interns and graduates, providing support and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • \n
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to support continuous programme improvement.
  • \n
  • Maintain reporting tools, trackers, and process documentation.
  • \n

Requirements:

  • Strong A Levels and a minimum 1st degree.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and professional.
  • \n
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
