The Opportunity

As a senior member of the team, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of business rates instructions, working with a broad range of commercial clients while playing a key role in developing both the team and the business.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious surveyor who can bring both technical expertise and commercial awareness. You'll ideally have:

'14; MRICS qualification

'14; Strong experience within Business Rates/Rating

'14; A proven ability to manage complex instructions and client relationships

'14; Excellent valuation, negotiation and analytical skills

'14; A proactive, commercially focused approach

'14; An existing client following would be beneficial but isn't essential
