Industrial Services Supervisor

Are you an experienced Industrial Services professional ready to step into a leadership role where safety, teamwork and customer service come first?

About the role:

We're looking for an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead a team delivering specialist industrial cleaning and maintenance services across a range of customer sites. You'll be responsible for planning daily operations, supervising site activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance, and leading by example.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and motivating a team of Industrial Services Operatives
\n
• Planning and coordinating daily operational activities
\n
• Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, RAMS and safe systems of work
\n
• Supervising specialist services including high-pressure water jetting, tank cleaning, confined space works and spill response
\n
• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional service delivery
\n
• Promoting a positive safety culture and continuous improvement
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• Experience within Industrial Services, environmental services or hazardous waste operations
\n
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
\n
• Knowledge of high-pressure water jetting, confined space working or similar specialist services
\n
• A proactive leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence (B+E desirable)
\n
