Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer – 4 on 4 off Days & Nights, Ealing, Salary: £58,000 - £61,000
\nAre you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias looking for your next challenge? Join the team in Ealing, where you will play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing plant operates at peak efficiency. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work within a dedicated team, responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance across the production facility. You will be instrumental in keeping equipment running smoothly, safely, and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n'05; Carry out planned preventative maintenance to enhance machinery reliability.
\n'05; Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, and mechanical faults efficiently.
\n'05; React swiftly to breakdowns, minimizing disruption to production.
\n'05; Perform PLC fault-finding to input and output level.
\n'05; Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
\n'05; Maintain a strong focus on safety standards, OEE performance, and CCO compliance.
\nWhat We’re Looking For
\nWe are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You should have a strong electrical background and a passion for continuous improvement and hold some of the following qualifications;
\nTime-served apprenticeship in electrical or multi-skilled engineering.
\nBTEC/ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
\nC&G 2330 Level 3 Electro-Technical Certificate with NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance.
\nHNC in Electrical or Production Maintenance Engineering (desirable).
\nUK-qualified, or internationally qualified with verified UK equivalence
\nExperience with food process machinery.
