£536.00 - £596.00 per day (inside IR35)

ASAP start - 12 month contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fleet Compliance Manager to build and lead a best-in-class compliance framework across a large transport network. This is a unique opportunity to create standards, audit programmes and assurance processes from the ground up, ensuring fleet operations remain safe, compliant and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fleet compliance and assurance frameworks.
\n
• Create risk-based audit and inspection programmes.
\n
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into practical policies.
\n
• Manage carrier compliance performance and corrective actions.
\n
• Build compliance dashboards, scorecards and reporting tools.
\n
• Partner with operational, legal and transport stakeholders to embed best practice.
\n

About You

\n
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, assurance frameworks and risk management.
\n
• Proven experience designing and implementing frameworks from scratch.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
\n
• Data-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
\n
• Experience gained within a Big Four consulting firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY or KPMG) in risk, regulatory, operational assurance, audit or compliance advisory would also be highly relevant.
