\n'05; Are you a board-level PA or EA with the gravitas to operate at the top table and the steel to hold your own with four experienced, strong-minded Directors!?
\n🔑 This is a senior appointment for an accomplished professional – not a role for a wallflower. You'll be the trusted right hand to four demanding, high-calibre leaders who expect someone who can anticipate their needs, push back when it matters and keep the business's most important diaries and decisions moving. It calls for confidence, resilience and a bit of steel, wrapped in a polished, discreet and professional style.
\n🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support four Board Directors within a well-established construction and fit-out business entering an exciting period of growth. This is a brand-new role – for the first time, the Board is bringing in dedicated PA support, so this is a rare greenfield opportunity for a proven senior PA/EA to build the position from the ground up and become an indispensable part of how the Board operates.
\n💫 This role would suit an established board-level professional: someone who can manage four sets of competing priorities with total composure, command respect in the boardroom while capturing every decision, and build credible, trusted relationships with experienced senior leaders. You'll be the calm, capable presence behind the Board – two steps ahead, discreet with the most sensitive matters, and the person the Directors know they can rely on entirely.
\n⭐ As the Board has never had a dedicated PA before, this is a true blank canvas – you'll define how the role works, put the systems and rhythms in place, and shape it around how the Directors operate.
\n🤓 Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;
\n- \n
- Providing comprehensive, proactive PA support to four Board Directors \n
- Full diary management across all four Directors – coordinating, protecting and prioritising their time \n
- Minute taking in board and senior meetings, and following up on actions \n
- Coordinating meetings end to end – scheduling, logistics, agendas, papers and follow-ups \n
- Acting as a trusted first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Directors \n
- Handling confidential information with total discretion \n
- Coordinating travel, appointments and any wider executive administration as needed \n
- General executive and administrative support to keep the leadership team running smoothly \n
😍Desirable attributes of the successful candidate;
\n- \n
- A proven track record as a PA or EA supporting senior leaders or board-level Directors \n
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple diaries and competing priorities calmly \n
- Confident, resilient and thick-skinned – comfortable holding your own, pushing back and standing your ground with experienced, strong-minded Directors \n
- Definitely not a wallflower – you stay calm, unflustered and professional even when characters are demanding or personalities clash \n
- Excellent minute-taking and written communication skills \n
- A polished, professional and credible approach \n
- Strong relationship-builder who can earn trust quickly at a senior level \n
- Discreet, reliable and trustworthy with sensitive information \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office \n
- Comfortable working independently and using your own initiative \n
- Previous experience within the construction industry would be advantageous \n
