This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.You'll play a key role in ensuring guest accommodation and public areas are cleaned and presented to an exceptional standard, helping to create a positive experience for every visitor.Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare holiday accommodation to a high standard.
\n
• Make beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms and replenish amenities.
\n
• Ensure accommodation is ready for guest arrivals within required timescales.
\n
• Report maintenance issues, damage or defects promptly.
\n
• Record and report any lost property in line with company procedures.
\n
• Check accommodation inventory and replenish where required.
\n
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards at all times.
\n
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests.
\n
• Support the wider housekeeping team as required.
\n
• Undertake any additional duties appropriate to the role.
\n

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Strong organisational skills.
\n
• Positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Flexible approach to working weekends and holidays on a rota basis.
\n
• Good communication skills.
\n
• Right to work in the UK.
\n

Working Hours

\n
• Working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
\n
• Hours will vary depending on business needs.
