Our client require temporary reception cover until 02 Oct

This would suit someone who is flexible with their time and is specifically looking for ad hoc temporary assignments

Receptionist duties include:

• Engage with guests and deliver exceptional customer service
\n
• Answer general telephone enquiries
\n
• Assist with any complaints and pass to the manager
\n
• Be customer focused ensuring that all customers are satisfied
\n
• Scanning Registration forms
\n
• Distributing vouchers to customers
\n
• Be responsible for opening and closing the building
\n

Receptionist specification:

Essential

• Empathic
\n
• Be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
\n
• Take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of our client
\n
• Feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment but also be aware of quiet days on Reception
\n
• Have a friendly, positive and proactive manner
\n
