The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Practice Administrator to join their established Financial Planning practice in Harrogate.

\n

This position is ideally suited to an organised and professional individual who enjoys administration, client interaction and supporting a busy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a high standard of service whilst maintaining accurate records and managing a variety of administrative tasks.

\n

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining client files and records.
  • \n
  • Managing and updating internal administration systems.
  • \n
  • Coordinating client meetings and reviews for advisers.
  • \n
  • Preparing business documentation and client correspondence.
  • \n
  • Supporting advisers with information gathering and administrative tasks.
  • \n
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and third parties.
  • \n
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • \n
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • \n

About You

\n

  • Previous administration experience would be advantageous.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • \n
  • Professional, friendly and confident when communicating with clients.
  • \n
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • \n
  • Positive, reliable and willing to learn.
  • \n
  • Enjoys working in an administrative support capacity.
  • \n
  • Looking to develop a long-term career within administration rather than moving into an advisory role.
