The Role

Customer Service Executive or Hire Controller - Coordinator
\n
Dealing with customer inbound calls and equipment hire queries
\n
Database management - dealing with various systems
\n
Liaising with suppliers
\n
General administration
\n
\n
Key Requirement
\n
\n - Must have inbound (telephone) customer service experience or Hire Controller experience
\n - Management of high volume inbound calls
\n - Good knowledge of MS Office and various databases
\n - Be available to work in a full- time temporary role for 3- 6 months plus
\n - Must be able to commute to Harefield easily - ideally a car driver (as limited public transport)
