- Conduct functional assessments via face-to-face, telephone and video appointments. \n
- Review medical evidence and clinical history. \n
- Assess how physical and mental health conditions affect an individual's daily living and functional ability. \n
- Apply evidence-based clinical reasoning to complete accurate assessment reports. \n
- Produce structured reports to support benefit entitlement decisions. \n

- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) \n
- Physiotherapist \n
- Occupational Therapist \n
- Paramedic \n
- \n
- Active UK NMC or HCPC registration \n
- Minimum 12 months' post-registration clinical experience \n
- Strong communication and report writing skills \n
- Comfortable using IT systems \n
- Looking for a structured Monday–Friday clinical career \n

- Prefer providing direct patient care \n
- Are looking for a fully remote position \n
- Do not enjoy report writing or computer-based clinical work \n
