We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing professional services business looking for a Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of the organisation.*Please note that we are only considering applicants who have previous experience in a Practice/Operations Manager role within an accountancy practice* You'll take ownership of operations, compliance, technology, people and client experience, working closely with the founders to help scale the business. You'll be responsible for:\n

• Driving operational excellence across the practice
\n
• Improving systems, workflows and embracing AI & technology
\n
• Leading compliance, governance and quality processes
\n
• Managing HR operations, onboarding and employee experience
\n
• Enhancing client onboarding and overall client satisfaction
\n
• Supporting leadership with strategic projects as the business continues to grow

We're looking for someone who:\n

• Has significant experience in practice, operations or business management within an accounting practice environment

• Loves improving processes and implementing better ways of working
\n
• Is highly organised, commercially minded and thrives on autonomy

• Can confidently manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
\n
• Has an interest in consumer/product focused businesses

• Enjoys working in a growing, entrepreneurial business where no two days are the same
