Job Description
We are recruiting for Project Coordinators join a market leader based in Milton Keynes, who are seeking staff to join their core team in a fixed-term contract. This opportunity could potentially lead to permanent employment.
\nWorking Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday.
\nLocation: Milton Keynes, fully office based working. NO remote or Hybrid working.
\nContract Type: 3-6 months, and could lead to permanent employment.
\nStart Date: ASAP!!
\nOverview:

- Working closely with the Project Managers, you will help to create detailed project plans, manage schedules, coordinate activities, & track budgets. Handle risk management, maintain accurate documentation, & support administrative tasks to keep projects on track. This role has the potential to open doors to Project Management and other exciting opportunities. \n
Duties:
\n- \n
- Coordinate Projects: Ensure smooth delivery by aligning stakeholders, systems, & field teams. \n
- Resolve Issues: Communicate with clients & PMs to handle routine matters & escalate complex ones. \n
- Support Field Teams: Provide engineers with clear instructions, job specs, closures, & costings. \n
- Handle Admin: Manage reports, prep meetings, & complete ad hoc tasks. \n
- Quote Work: Prepare project estimates using set fee structures. \n
- Process Orders: Manage customer & hardware orders per company standards. \n
- Manage Tasks: Respond to customer needs by assigning engineers or arranging logistics. \n

- Organisational Skills & Workload Efficiency: You will manage multiple priorities accurately, maintaining attention to detail under pressure, while providing regular updates on milestones & progress to the Project Managers. \n
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident with internal & project management systems. \n
