Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast-growing business based in Stowmarket, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on role so you will have previous experience working as a management accountant and supporting with month-end reporting.

Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
    • \n
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journals.
    • \n
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
    • \n
  • Produce KPI and performance reporting for stakeholders.
    • \n
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
    • \n
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting standards.
    • \n

Key skills:

\n
    \n
  • Part-qualified, qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience.
    • \n
  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant role.
    • \n
  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach.
    • \n
