Registered Manager - Adult Community CareLocation: BradfordEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum The Role We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee a small adult care service supporting approximately 30 clients within the local community. This is a hands-on management position, ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong operational leadership with direct involvement in the lives of the people they support. The role will involve a balance of office-based management and visiting clients in the community. You must therefore be confident working independently across both environments. - Manage the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care. \n
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, company policies and relevant care legislation. \n
- Lead, support and motivate the care team to maintain consistently high standards. \n
- Complete and review client assessments, care plans and risk assessments. \n
- Conduct community visits and build positive relationships with clients and their families. \n
- Manage staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. \n
- Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, supervision, appraisals and ongoing development. \n
- Monitor staff performance and address any concerns appropriately. \n
- Promote a strong safeguarding culture and respond promptly to concerns or incidents. \n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the service is fully prepared for CQC inspections. \n
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, local authorities and other external agencies. \n
- Support the continued development and sustainable growth of the service. \n

- A minimum Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or an equivalent recognised qualification. \n
- At least two to three years' experience in a management position within a similar adult care, domiciliary care or community-based setting. \n
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and person-centred care. \n
- Experience managing, supporting and developing care staff. \n
- Experience completing care plans, risk assessments, audits and compliance checks. \n
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. \n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy care environment. \n
- A hands-on, compassionate and professional management style. \n
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. \n
- The ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check. \n
