- Carry out TIG welding on thin-gauge aluminium components, typically ranging from 0.8mm to 3mm. \n
- Produce high-quality fillet and butt welds in line with aerospace industry standards. \n
- Perform manual torch brazing on aluminium and stainless-steel components. \n
- Work accurately from engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions. \n
- Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and aerospace compliance requirements. \n
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet customer and internal quality standards. \n
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency. \n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. \n
- Collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet project deadlines. \n

- Proven experience in TIG welding within a manufacturing environment. \n
- Experience welding aluminium is highly desirable. \n
- Ability to work with thin-gauge materials and produce cosmetic, high-integrity welds. \n
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and fabrication processes. \n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. \n
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n
