Vehicle Technician

Pertemps Daventry is currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing team in Daventry.\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, fully equipped workshop with ongoing training, overtime opportunities, and genuine career progression.\n
\nThe Role as a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models while ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest standards.\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n

\n
• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
  
\n
• Diagnose vehicle faults and recommend appropriate repairs.
  
\n
• Perform MOT testing if qualified.
  
\n
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  
\n
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety and DVSA standards.
  
\n
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional workshop team.
  
\n
• Work on a range of different vehicle makes and models.
  
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  
\n
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
  
\n
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  
\n
• Excellent attention to detail.
  
\n
• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
\n
