\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nDraft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of complex commercial agreements.Support client-facing teams on commercial transactions and new business opportunities.Provide guidance on advertising, data privacy, AI, intellectual property, and related legal issues.Develop practical legal tools, templates, and training materials.Advise on legal and compliance risks and support risk mitigation strategies.Collaborate with legal colleagues and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions\n

\nAbout you\n
\nQualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 6+ years' post-qualification experience.Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice.Sound knowledge of contract law, data privacy, intellectual property, and emerging AI regulations. Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Fluent English communication skills\n
