I am currently working with a public sector organisation, looking for an Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 month interim basis - with potential to extend.

About the role

\n - 2 days on site/in office, 3 from home
\n - General practice work, ie. rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant work
\n - Working across a varied investment and commercial portfolio
\n
\n
\n
About you
\n
\n - Experience across a public sector organisation
\n - Experience across multiple portfolios, ideally commercial
\n - RICS preferable but not essential
\n
\n
\n
