\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, Appeals Officer to join The Bank Park Group, which are an ever-expanding business and part of the Intelli-Park Group.
\nWe now have an attractive and exciting opportunity for a motivated, ambitious and driven individual to provide administrative support, working closely with different departments within the organisation.
\nLocation: Sheffield / Hybrid (full time in the office for the 6x month probation period, 3x days thereafter)
\nContract: Full-Time, Permanent
\nHours: Full-Time, 09:00am - 17:30pm
\nReports to: Appeals Team Leader
\nSalary: £24,785
\nRole Overview:
\nWe are seeking a Case Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will:
\n- \n
- Handle appeals related to Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) \n
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails regarding PCNs and other company matters \n
- Respond to requests for information on issued PCNs \n
- Address enquiries and complaints related to PCNs \n
- Assist with other tasks connected to appeals and correspondence received \n
Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Review and process PCN appeals promptly \n
- Communicate with customers via Intelli-verse, email and post \n
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence \n
- Work closely with the admin manager to resolve issues \n
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations \n
- Undertake reasonable additional duties as required \n
- Communicate good relationship with debt collection regarding cancellations and ensure PCNs are pursued correctly. \n
Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Excellent attention to detail \n
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload \n
- Proficient with basic computer applications \n
- Administrative experience required \n
- Comfortable working with multiple systems \n
- Keen interest in technology \n
- Understanding of parking regulations is beneficial but not required \n
