This opportunity offers an experienced corporate solicitor the platform to develop their profile within the London market as a genuinely market-facing hire, with the autonomy and support to generate and win new business.

As a Corporate Solicitor / Partner, you will play a key role in driving the firm’s growth in London, taking a proactive approach to building relationships, developing workstreams, and enhancing the firm’s presence in the market.

The Role

• Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions
\n
• Supporting clients on joint ventures, fundraising, and shareholder agreements
\n
• Providing corporate advisory support to a diverse national and international client base
\n
• Handling high-value and complex transactions from instruction through to completion
\n
• Working closely with partners and colleagues across the firm’s national platform
\n
• Driving business development activity, networking, client targeting, and pipeline generation
\n
• Playing a leading role in strengthening the firm’s presence in the London market
\n
• Contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the London corporate practice
\n

The Candidate

\n
• Senior Corporate Solicitor or Partner with experience across a range of corporate matters
\n
• Proven or emerging track record in business development and winning work
\n
• Strong commercial awareness with a clear appetite for building a client base
\n
• Trained within a reputable City, national, or leading regional law firm
\n
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress to equity
\n
• Confident in building long-term client relationships and developing market presence
\n
