Commercial Property Manager – Leeds | £35,000 - £40,000

A well-established commercial property firm in Leeds is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team.

This isn't a role for a graduate fresh out of university, but you don't need to be a seasoned expert either – full training will be provided. If you've got some property or lettings experience under your belt and want to specialise in commercial, this is a great next step.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, handling day-to-day landlord and tenant queries
\n
• Overseeing lease events, rent reviews, and service charge administration
\n
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance across the portfolio
\n
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
\n

What they're looking for:

• Some background in property management, lettings, or a related field
\n
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
\n
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients directly
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
