Trainee Medical Reviewer
\nLocation: Berkshire (hybrid working model – at least 3 days on site)
\nDuration: 12 months
\nAbout the Role
\nSRG are working closely with a top pharmaceutical company on an excellent role for aspiring Medical Affairs professionals. We are seeking a Trainee Medical Review Advisor to support the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional healthcare materials across a range of therapeutic areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy or medical graduate to develop expertise in medical review, compliance, and healthcare communications, while working closely with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Support the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and codes of practice. \n
- Provide scientific and compliance support to brand and cross-functional teams across multiple therapeutic areas. \n
- Contribute to the development and implementation of compliant processes and standards for healthcare communications and activities. \n
- Help deliver practical, compliant solutions that support business objectives, product launches, and marketing initiatives. \n
- Review materials accurately and efficiently to meet business timelines and quality standards. \n
- Participate in medical review projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ways of working and best practices. \n
Skills & Experience Required
\n- \n
- Pharmacy or Medical degree (essential). \n
- GPhC registration for pharmacists or GMC registration for physicians (essential) \n
- Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate complex scientific, pharmacological, or medical information. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. \n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. \n
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions. \n
- Experience working within cross-functional teams is desirable. \n
