\nAs Bespoke Project Manager, you will be part of the dynamic and collaborative in our Bespoke Team. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strengthen the brand's prestigious luxury positioning.
\nWhat awaits you?
\nProject manage the development of the bespoke product portfolio ensuring that each feature request is accurately described without ambiguity and that updates are received on time from process partners (in line with agreed process timelines).
\nLead the process partners from Design, Engineering (incl. safety and homologation), Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance and Ownership Services to ensure that features can be delivered to customers in line with our time commitment, to Rolls-Royce quality standards.
\nManage the feature delivery to agreed time, cost and quality.
\nOrganise and chair multiple project steering meetings each week; Concept; Evaluation & Operations.
\nLead bespoke partners to progress feature requests through the bespoke process and deliver the products to the sales and marketing channels.
\nProgress features through key milestones and be responsible for milestone adherence against KPIs for all process partners as defined by the official process.
\nFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
\nDefine project tasks and resource requirements together with the Bespoke matrix teams.
\nManage project budgets and project resource allocation.
\nPlan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate monitoring tools.
\nProvide regular project status reports / presentations to the company steering circles, department General Managers, their function steering managers and any/all stakeholders for project progress.
\nHighlight risks or derailments and present solutions to bring projects back on track with corrective actions.
\nImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
\nOwn the process for bespoke feature development and delivery (idea to offer) for pro-active as well as customer requests.
\nDevelop clear and aligned processes that are bought into by all parties that allow structured delivery of product.
\nContinually review, edit and refine the process steps for optimization.
\nCapacity planning to ensure a continuous but stable workload for process partners which makes full use of the capacity available without overloading the system.
\nWhat should you bring along?
\nExcellent project management skills with extensive technical knowledge.
\nBusiness-wide knowledge and experience, with sound appreciation of core business processes.
\nAutomotive understanding gained either in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
\nProven project management skills and experience in running cross-functional teams.
\nExcellent analytical and financial skills.
\nStrong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), presentation and influencing skills.
\nAbility to network and build relationships within the Bespoke organization.
\nAbility to effectively work in a cross-functional matrix organization.
\nInnovative, can-do attitude, able to motivate and inspire others at all levels of the organization to deliver the required features to demanding timelines.
\nStrong initiative, problem solving and leadership skills.
\nAbility to balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the business.
