Unqualified English Teacher - Northampton Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term (with potential for permanent opportunity) Salary: £100-£160 per day (dependent on experience and school support) Are you passionate about English and looking to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teaching? We are working alongside a successful and welcoming secondary school in Northampton that is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Unqualified English Teacher to join their English department from September 2026. You will work alongside experienced teaching staff, receive guidance and support, and gain the practical experience needed to take the next step in your education career. The Role: As an Unqualified English Teacher, you will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 by delivering engaging English lessons that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and a love of language and literature. You will play an important role in helping students strengthen their literacy skills, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals while developing your own teaching practice within a supportive department.
