Senior CDM Consultant - CDM / Health & Safety Location Nottinghamshire Salary £50,000 - £60,000 Employment Type Permanent, full-time Job Overview A Senior CDM Consultant is required to support commercial, industrial, education, residential and heritage projects in Newark. This role suits an experienced Principal Designer or CDM Adviser with strong knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015. You will advise clients, coordinate design risk management, support statutory compliance and help develop an established CDM service. The position offers hybrid working and potential progression into management. Role & Responsibilities Act as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations 2015 Provide CDM Client Adviser services Manage health and safety during pre-construction Prepare Pre-Construction Information and Health and Safety Files Develop client relationships and support service growth You will undertake site visits, review design risks and communicate residual risks to project stakeholders. You will also support occupational health and safety procedures across the wider practice. Skills & Experience Required Relevant construction, engineering or professional degree Proven Principal Designer or CDM Adviser experience Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation Confident client and stakeholder communication skills Full driving licence for site visits Membership of APS, IOSH, RICS or CIOB is preferred. You must be able to manage multiple projects and demonstrate experience developing new and existing client relationships.
