Time Critical Operations Clerk - Nights

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Feltham, for an experienced Time Critical Operations Clerk to join their busy operations team.

This is a 4 on, 4 off night shift role, working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The successful candidate will have previous import and export experience and be confident managing time-critical express shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum ( DOE)

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
\n
• Take ownership of customer service delivery and operational requirements.
\n
• Follow up and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.
\n
• Complete import and export customs entries from start to finish.
\n
• Coordinate and manage time-critical express shipments.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
\n
• Follow up existing business through telephone calls.
\n
• Prepare and provide customer quotations.
\n

\n
• Previous experience in import and export operations is essential.
\n
• Experience completing customs entries from start to finish.
\n
• Experience using BoxTop software is preferred.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\n
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
\n
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
\n
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
\n
