Wills & Trusts Advisor (Protection & Estate Planning)

Salary: £30,000 Basic | £45,000 to £50,000+ OTE

We're looking for an ambitious Wills & Trusts Advisor (Protection & Estate Planning) to join a growing and successful financial services business. In this role, you'll help clients protect what matters most by advising on a range of protection products alongside wills and trusts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative sales, building rapport with clients and earning an attractive uncapped commission.

Wills & Trusts Advisor (Protection & Estate Planning) - What you'll be doing:

• Advising clients on:
\n
• Life Insurance
\n
• Critical Illness Cover
\n
• Income Protection
\n
• Family Income Benefit
\n
• Wills
\n
• Trusts
\n
• Conducting fact-finds and recommending suitable protection solutions.
\n
• Working warm leads provided by the business.
\n
• Proactively contacting prospective clients to generate additional opportunities.
\n
• Building long-term client relationships through excellent service.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all business is conducted compliantly.
\n

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a Wills & Trusts Advisor (Protection & Estate Planning) who has at least one of the following:

\n
• CeMAP 1 qualification, or
\n
• Previous Protection Insurance sales experience, or
\n
• Previous Wills and Trusts sales experience.
\n

You'll also ideally have:

\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• A consultative approach to sales.
\n
• Strong objection handling and closing skills.
\n
• Self-motivation and the drive to exceed targets.
\n
• A professional and customer-focused attitude.
\n
