Job Description
Our client, a professional organisation based in Hull are looking for a First Point of Contact Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and be educated to A ‘Level standard in Maths and English. This key role within the organisation ensures a seamless communication experience for clients, therefore a confident and professional manner is essential.
\n\nThe First Point of Contact Administrator will be responsible for: -

- Acting as the first point of contact - answering all incoming calls and emails, dealing with general enquiries and requests from clients and customers that require a routine response and passing more complex issues to the appropriate person or team. \n
- Using mail merge to deliver general correspondence to clients and leaseholders. \n
- Working with colleagues to prepare responses to all clients, contractors and customers whether by telephone, email or letter. \n
- Assisting with the uploading of documentation to internal systems. \n
- Overseeing and accepting or declining appointments for the office diary. \n
- Liaising with other colleagues / departments to obtain or provide information. \n
- Attending internal meetings as and when required. \n
You will need: -

- To be ideally educated to A’ Level standard in Maths and English (or the equivalent). \n
- To be IT Literate. \n
- To have a very good work ethic and excellent time keeping. \n
- A professional and courteous approach. \n
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal. \n
- To be a strong team player with the willingness to learn and carry out any training required. \n
- Previous office-based Customer Service or Receptionist experience is a distinct advantage. \n
