Estimator - HVAC Industry

Estimator - HVAC/FMSalary: £28,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)

We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a busy service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and become the primary point of contact for all quotation-related activities.

This role would suit a highly organised estimator with a strong HVAC background and experience working within facilities management, building services, or a similar environment.

• Acting as the main point of contact for quotations and estimates
\n
• Reviewing engineers' reports and producing accurate cost estimates
\n
• Preparing quotations for planned and reactive works
\n
• Supporting procurement activities for the service team
\n
• Assisting with PPM tenders and related documentation
\n
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and procedures
\n

• Essential HVAC knowledge
\n
• Strong understanding of SFG20 standards and compliance
\n
• Ability to interpret and assess engineers' reports
\n
• Procurement experience for service-related works when required
\n
• Experience preparing and pricing PPM tender packs
\n
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
\n

• Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
