This HR Manager role is varied and hands-on, giving you the chance to be involved in everything from employee relations through to supporting managers with practical, straightforward advice.As the HR Manager, youll also manage and support an HR Administrator, so this would suit someone who enjoys developing others alongside their own workload.Youll be someone who enjoys building strong relationships across the business and is comfortable getting stuck into the detail when needed - a key part of being a successful HR Manager in this environment.What youll be doing as the HR Manager:Acting as the main point of contact for all HR matters across the businessSupporting managers with day-to-day HR queries and providing clear, practical guidanceManaging employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievancesOverseeing recruitment, onboarding and probation processesReviewing and updating HR policies and proceduresMaking sure everything is in line with current employment legislationLine managing and supporting an HR AdministratorKeeping HR records accurate and supporting with reporting where neededWhat were looking for in an HR Manager:Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at Advisor or Manager levelSome experience of managing or mentoring others would be usefulComfortable working in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing or similarCIPD qualification would be helpful but isnt essentialConfident supporting and advising managers in a clear, down-to-earth wayOrganised, approachable and happy to take ownership of your workloadThis HR Manager role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a broad position where you can genuinely add value, take ownership and support the development of a team.If youre ready for a new challenge, please apply now!TPBN1_UKTJ
