We’re currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist alternative provision setting in the Margate area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who benefit from a more tailored and supportive approach to learning.

About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping students engage with their education, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. You’ll be working closely with experienced staff to support learners with a range of needs, including autism and challenging behaviour.
