Are you experienced in managing assessment production within an awarding organisation and looking for an opportunity to shape how high-quality assessments are delivered at scale?TPP Recruitment is supporting a respected awarding organisation to recruit an Assessment Production Lead. This is a fully remote opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that supports learner success across the UK through high-quality qualifications, apprenticeships and assessment products. - Lead the end-to-end assessment production process from planning through to publication \n
- Develop and manage production schedules, milestones and delivery plans \n
- Monitor risks, dependencies and project progress to ensure successful delivery \n
- Oversee assessment platform set-up and assessment deployment \n
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accessibility requirements \n
- Manage version control, audit trails and governance processes \n
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, subject matter experts and external stakeholders \n
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support implementation of new technologies \n
- Line manage and develop two Assessment Developers \n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and professional development activities \n
- Manage assessment production resources and budgets \n
- Represent the organisation at meetings, events and sector activities where required \n

- Experience of assessment or examination production within an awarding organisation \n
- Understanding of standard setting processes and assessment performance data \n
- Knowledge of assessment lifecycle management and item banking systems \n
- Understanding of assessment regulations and accessibility requirements \n
- Strong project management and delivery skills \n
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and complex delivery schedules \n
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities \n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality \n
- Experience identifying and managing operational risks \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications \n
- Previous team leadership or line management experience \n
- A commitment to inclusive working practices and excellent customer service \n
