\n\nHave you successfully delivered large-scale CAT A fit outs across multiple floors and want to take ownership of one of Leeds' most high-profile commercial refurbishment projects?
\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager with a background in Tier 1 contractors or leading fit out specialists to lead the delivery of a 7-floor city centre commercial office refurbishment at 2 Wellington Place, Leeds.
\nThis is an opportunity to take ownership of a multi-phased CAT A fit out, working closely with the client and project team to deliver a flagship commercial scheme from enabling works through to completion. If you're known for your strong reporting, IT capability, programme management, and ability to drive standards within a highly compliant environment, this role offers the chance to be at the heart of a major city-centre transformation.
\n\nThe Project

- 7-storey commercial office refurbishment \n
- Existing 20-year-old office building \n
- Internal soft strip, enabling works and CAT A fit out \n
- Multi-phase delivery across the entire building \n
- Working closely with the client to complete Phase 1 and deliver Phase 2 \n
- Site-based role for the full project duration \n
- Separate package managers overseeing external works and roofing \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Proven experience delivering CAT A fit out projects from start to finish \n
- Minimum 2 years' recent CAT A fit out experience \n
- Track record on large-scale refurbishment and fit out projects \n
- Experience delivering at least one multi-phase project lasting 6 months+ \n
- Background with a Tier 1 contractor or established fit out specialist \n
- Strong reporting, planning and IT skills \n
- Excellent understanding of H&S, compliance and quality procedures \n
- Experience managing multiple trades within occupied or live commercial environments \n
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit delivery team \n
Essential Requirements

- Experience in refurbishment and fit out projects \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills \n

- Comfortable managing works across multiple floors and phases \n
