What youll do\n
\n Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support\n
\n Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads\n
\n Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments\n
\n Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers\n
\n Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community\n

You have\n
\n Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting\n
\n Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)\n
\n Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support\n
\n The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach\n

The practical bits\n
\n Rota basis: 5 week rolling rota, including earlies, lates and mid shifts. Fair share of weekends over 5 weeks.\n
\n Potential working waking nights as well as sleep ins. Sleeps in paid at £50 per night.\n
\n Working across Teesside, from Stockton, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Saltburn and Redcar. Working in accommodation and community based services.\n
\n You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)\n
\n Driving is essential, and having access to own car. You must be able to insure this for business purposes.Well pay for any business mileage\n
