\n We're working with a highly regarded global law firm looking to appoint an experienced Senior Risk & Compliance Lawyer to join its established Risk & Compliance team in London

\n This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a strong background in legal risk and regulatory compliance to take on a broad advisory role supporting lawyers and senior stakeholders across an international business

\n If you enjoy solving complex regulatory issues and influencing best practice, this could be a fantastic next step.

The Role?

\n You'll advise on a wide range of legal risk and compliance matters, helping the firm navigate an evolving regulatory landscape while supporting strategic business decisions

\n Working closely with senior Risk & Compliance leadership, you'll become a trusted advisor across the firm on everything from professional conduct to financial crime, data protection and emerging regulatory issues

• AML & Financial Crime
\n
• Sanctions
\n
• Conflicts
\n
• Data Protection
\n
• AI governance
\n
• Client terms and supplier contracts
\n

'14; Monitoring regulatory developments and implementing policy updates
\n '14; Drafting and reviewing firm-wide policies and procedures
\n '14; Maintaining compliance registers and governance records
\n '14; Working closely with legal teams and business services colleagues across multiple international offices
\n '14; Supporting compliance projects, audits and training initiatives

About You?

\n
• A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
\n
• Around 6-10 years' PQE
\n
• Experienced within the Risk & Compliance team of an international law firm
\n
• Highly knowledgeable in the SRA Standards & Regulations
\n
• Comfortable advising senior stakeholders on complex regulatory issues
\n
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused
\n
• An excellent communicator with strong analytical skills
\n

Experience advising on AML, sanctions, conflicts, confidentiality, privilege, data protection and professional conduct will be highly advantageous
