As the team continues to invest in its trackside guest experience programme, it is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to help deliver premium hospitality environments at Formula 1 races around the world.

\n

The Impact You'll Make:

\n

This leading Formula 1 team is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the planning and operational delivery of its trackside guest experience programme across the Formula 1 calendar.

\n


\n

This is an operational role that combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and international venues, you will oversee the successful delivery of premium hospitality environments, ensuring every event is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

\n


\n

From season planning through to live event execution, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing processes and helping shape the future of the team's global hospitality operation.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Lead the planning and operational delivery of premium trackside hospitality across the Formula 1 calendar.
  • \n
  • Coordinate international logistics, freight, hospitality assets and event infrastructure to ensure operational readiness.
  • \n
  • Manage suppliers, production partners and internal stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery of race events.
  • \n
  • Act as the operational lead at allocated Formula 1 races, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional guest experience.
  • \n
  • Support the delivery of partner activations, branding and premium hospitality environments.
  • \n
  • Manage operational budgets, procurement and project reporting across multiple events.
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems and event delivery.
  • \n

Your Skills and Experience:

\n
    \n
  • Experience delivering complex operations within Formula 1, international events, hospitality or premium live event environments.
  • \n
  • Strong operational planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • \n
  • Experience coordinating international logistics, freight, event infrastructure or operational assets.
  • \n
  • Excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external teams.
  • \n
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, procurement and operational performance.
  • \n
  • Calm, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to make decisions under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel internationally and support a minimum of 15 Formula 1 race weekends each season.
  • \n
