\nLocation: Cupar, Fife
\nPay: £26,227 to £26,617 PLUS £67.50 per sleep-in, expect 10 sleeps per month gives an additional £8000+ over the year - OTE £34,617
\nA full Manual UK driving licence is required and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy.

\nWhat You’ll Do
\nAs a support worker, you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. You will also:

- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping. \n
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support. \n
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects. \n
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care. \n
Where You’ll Do It
\nSpringfield House is made up of 2 homes with a 'whole approach' which are registered to support 9 young people. We focus on activities that promote the health and wellbeing of our young people, guiding them through the next stages in their life and being a safe space for them to express themselves.
