Prospero Teaching is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL French Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Harrow from September. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and deliver engaging French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. There may also be the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5, depending on experience.

The Role\n

  • Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential).
    • \n
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
    • \n
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback.
    • \n
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment with high expectations.
    • \n
  • Contribute to the wider success of the MFL department and school community.
    • \n
The Ideal Candidate\n
    \n
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
    • \n
  • Has experience teaching French within UK secondary schools.
    • \n
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
    • \n
  • Is passionate about modern foreign languages and committed to student success.
    • \n
  • Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
    • \n
