As demand from our partner schools continues to increase, we're growing our team of Cover Supervisors across Bracknell. We work with an expanding number of local secondary schools and are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support classrooms on a flexible supply basis.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising lessons when teachers are absent

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively

• Supporting pupils where appropriate
\n
• Following school behaviour and safeguarding procedures
\n
• Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes
\n

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Confidence leading groups of students
\n
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
\n
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
\n
