What You’ll Do:

• Support students’ learning and social development in and out of the classroom
\n
• Assist teachers with lessons and maintain student records
\n
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
\n
• Help deliver personalised learning plans
\n
• Promote positive behaviour and readiness for life beyond school
\n

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)
\n
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
\n
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to making a difference
\n
