\nWhat You’ll Do:

- Support students’ learning and social development in and out of the classroom \n
- Assist teachers with lessons and maintain student records \n
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence \n
- Help deliver personalised learning plans \n
- Promote positive behaviour and readiness for life beyond school \n
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working with young people (paid or voluntary) \n
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths \n
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to making a difference \n
