Multi-Skilled OperativeNorth Northamptonshire £24.48 per hour (Umbrella) 12–15 Week Contract 37 Hours per Week | Monday to FridayA leading Local Authority is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join their responsive repairs team on a 12–15 week contract covering sickness absence.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy social housing maintenance team, carrying out a wide range of reactive repairs across occupied homes. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service to residents.Key Responsibilities· Carry out a variety of responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties.· Complete multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, brickwork, fencing, flooring and general building maintenance.· Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring work is completed right first time.· Work independently while managing your own daily workload and company vehicle.· Deliver a professional, customer-focused service while working in occupied homes.· Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current health and safety legislation.About You· Minimum 3 years' experience working as a qualified Multi Skilled Operative.· Strong background in responsive repairs within occupied social housing.· Competent across a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and general maintenance.· Able to work independently in a fast-paced reactive maintenance environment.· Full UK driving licence (essential).· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
