- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions that support commercial objectives. \n
- Reviewing and improving business processes to help teams work more efficiently. \n
- Translating business requirements into clear documentation that supports successful project delivery and system enhancements. \n
- Coordinating testing, supporting successful implementation and helping colleagues embrace new ways of working through effective communication and training. \n
- Building strong relationships across the business, acting as the link between operational teams and technical specialists to ensure solutions deliver measurable value. \n

- Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar business change role. \n
- The ability to gather, analyse and interpret business requirements before turning them into practical, user-focused solutions. \n
- Experience working with commercial business systems or CRM platforms within a customer-focused environment. \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage people at all levels. \n
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement. \n

- Up to £40,000 depending on experience \n
- 25 days' annual leave. \n
