Bartender

\nOur client is looking for an experienced Bartender to join a busy Italian restaurant team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the bar is maintained to the highest standards.\n
Pay: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)\n
Start Date: ASAP\n
Key Responsibilities:\n

• Prepare and mix cocktails and beverages using standard recipes
\n
• Pour and serve beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks
\n
• Check customer identification and ensure compliance with licensing regulations
\n
• Manage cash transactions, card payments, and customer tabs accurately
\n
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, counters, and glassware
\n
• Restock alcohol, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies as required
\n
• Recommend drinks and menu items to enhance the customer experience
\n
• Deliver friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Good level of English
\n
• Previous bartending experience required
\n
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
\n
• Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
\n
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
\n
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
\n

Shift Details:\n

• Split shifts available: 12:00 PM 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM 9:30 PM
\n
• 5 days per week
\n
• Weekend availability is essential

• Additional shifts may be available during busy periods and special events
