We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Decorator to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves working across high-end residential and commercial projects in London and Surrey, delivering exceptional decorative finishes and maintaining the highest standards of

\n

workmanship.

\n

This position is ideal for an experienced decorator with a strong background in specialist finishes, including polished plaster, and experience working in premium or luxury environments.

Key Responsibilities\n

· Carry out high-quality decorating across a range of interior spaces

\n

· Prepare surfaces to an exceptional standard including sanding, filling, and priming

\n

· Apply paints, wallpapers, and specialist decorative finishes

\n

· Deliver polished plaster and other high-end finishes where required

\n

· Ensure all work meets exacting quality standards and client expectations

\n

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

\n

· Work collaboratively with site managers, designers, and other contractors

\n

· Manage time effectively across multiple projects and locations

\n

· Communicate professionally with clients and project teams

\n

Essential Requirements\n

· Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in professional decorating

\n

· Demonstrated polished plaster experience

\n

· Proven experience delivering high-end residential or luxury projects

\n

· Excellent attention to detail and finish quality

\n

· Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques

\n

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\n

· Professional, reliable, and well-presented

\n

· Full right to work in the UK

\n

· Driving license
