Supply Chain Coordinator

Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting an established and growing premium consumer goods business in the search for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their operations team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive supply chain professional to join a collaborative environment where they will play a central role in coordinating logistics, inventory, customer orders, and stakeholder communications across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international logistics activities, ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time
\n
• Manage import and export shipments while ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
\n
• Build strong relationships with hauliers, warehouses, suppliers, distributors, and customers
\n
• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing updates on orders, stock availability, and deliveries
\n
• Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including order processing, shipping documentation, and invoicing support
\n
• Monitor stock levels, support inventory management activities, and assist with stock reporting and reconciliation
\n
• Manage routine procurement activity and supplier deliveries to ensure continuity of supply
\n
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, maintaining high service levels across the supply chain
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience within supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, or operations coordination
\n
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and logistics administration
\n
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
\n
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with both internal and external stakeholders
\n
