Plumber - Job OpportunityA fantastic opportunity has become available for an on?site Plumber based in the Stocken area .The role is full?time at 39 hours per week , working across a 7?day rota. The position includes working 1 in every 3 weekends , with an additional 15% allowance added to the basic salary for weekend work.Salary: £29,009 - £35,015, depending on experience.Role OverviewThe Plumber will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy facilities environment. The successful candidate will ensure systems and equipment are kept in safe, compliant and efficient working order.Key ResponsibilitiesCompleting routine and non?routine plumbing maintenanceRepairing mains water supply systemsDiagnosing faults and identifying defective or end?of?life equipmentConducting inspections, water sampling and contributing to risk assessmentsCarrying out additional duties appropriate to the roleCandidate RequirementsNVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent), with proven maintenance experienceCompetence in operating light plant and plumbing toolsAwareness of Legionella compliance (desirable)Full UK Driving LicencePrevious experience in a commercial or facilities environmentApplications are welcomed from individuals from all backgrounds.Some security vetting may be required, with full support provided.BenefitsThe successful candidate will join an organisation committed to long?term development, stability, and employee wellbeing.
