The Role - ASD Teaching Assistant

As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil with ASD, helping them engage with learning, develop socially and manage their emotions throughout the school day. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised strategies, promote positive behaviour, and create a safe and encouraging learning environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive and nurturing while having previous experience working with children with SEN.
