Cyber Security Manager - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Reading Office - Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to support a leading utility business serving over 1.3 million customers across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cyber security strategy, governance, risk and compliance activities.
\n
• Provide security oversight across agile delivery teams and customer-facing platforms.
\n
• Drive and maintain compliance with NIS/NIS2 regulations.
\n
• Conduct cyber risk assessments and manage security assurance activities.
\n
• Promote security awareness and a strong security culture.
\n
• Collaborate with Group Cyber Security teams to align with wider business strategy.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven Cyber Security Management experience.
\n
• Strong background in cyber risk, governance and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Experience with NIS/NIS2 frameworks.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n
