- Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face training sessions, workshops and group learning activities. \n
- Facilitate learning across AI, automation and digital transformation topics. \n
- Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that supports learner success. \n
- Adapt delivery styles to suit different audiences, learning needs and experience levels. \n
- Develop and continuously improve training materials, learner resources and workshop content. \n
- Incorporate Microsoft 365, Copilot and emerging AI technologies into learning activities. \n
- Support learners throughout their programme to maintain engagement and progression. \n
- Build strong relationships with employers to ensure training meets business requirements. \n
- Contribute to curriculum development and programme enhancement. \n
- Ensure delivery aligns with apprenticeship and quality standards. \n
- \n
- Experience delivering training, facilitation, workshops or learning programmes. \n
- Strong knowledge or interest in AI, automation and digital technologies. \n
- Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills. \n
- Comfortable delivering engaging virtual and classroom-based learning. \n
- Experience working with stakeholders and building strong employer relationships. \n
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (Copilot knowledge desirable). \n
- Level 2 English and Maths. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
- \n
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed or equivalent). \n
- Experience delivering apprenticeships or vocational learning programmes. \n
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot Studio or workflow automation tools. \n
- Experience creating digital learning resources. \n
- Understanding of apprenticeship standards and the skills sector. \n
